Can I bulk download an entire TikTok profile?

Yes. Paste the TikTok @username URL (e.g. tiktok.com/@username) and Zee Downloader fetches and downloads every public video from that profile automatically. No limit on the number of videos.

Can I download entire YouTube channels and playlists?

Yes. Paste a YouTube channel URL (youtube.com/@Channel/videos), a playlist URL, or a single video URL. Zee Downloader handles all three. You can also set a video limit per profile in Settings.

What video qualities are available?

You can choose from Platform Default (fastest), Best Available, 4K Ultra HD, 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p, MP3 Audio, and M4A Audio. Quality is set globally in Settings and applies to all downloads.

Does Zee Downloader work on Mac or Linux?

Currently Zee Downloader is a Windows-only app (Windows 10 and Windows 11). Mac and Linux versions may be added in the future. The app runs entirely locally — no cloud, no browser needed.

Why does Instagram or Facebook require cookies?

Instagram and Facebook require you to be logged in to access video content. Zee Downloader supports two methods: extracting cookies directly from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) or importing a cookies.txt file exported from your browser. TikTok and YouTube generally work without any cookies.

How do I receive my license key after purchase?

Your license key is delivered instantly to your email after payment. Open Zee Downloader, enter your key in the activation screen, and click Activate. The key is tied to one device.

Can I use the same key on multiple computers?

Each license key is locked to one device. If you need to transfer your license to a new computer, contact support at support@zeedownloader.com and we'll reset it for you.
